Order fulfillment time

The order processing time is up to 7 business days. If the product is in stock, it is usually dispatched the same day the order is placed or the next business day. In the case of payment by bank transfer or card the order fulfillment date is counted from the moment the payment is credited to our bank account.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.

Taxes and duties

Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities.
For orders placed in PLN or EUR outside of the EU duties and taxes are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel’s arrival in the destination country.
