Returns Policy

You can return or exchange any item purchased on karolinaholda.eu within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

 

Returns

Before submitting the return, please notify us providing your order’s number and completed form on e-mail address: customer@karolinaholda.eu.

 

We kindly recommend using the following shipping services: DHL, UPS, GLS, FedEx, InPost (in Poland and Italy). Please note that the return via USPS and Royal Mail may take much longer to process.
Please note that the costs and risks involved in the return of items are borne by the sender. KAROLINA HOLDA cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and a tracking number) is not possible shall be refused.
We are not currently able to offer free returns. For all International returns, unless an item is damaged or faulty, the customer is required to arrange and pay for the return of the product.

 

Complaints

The customer may complain about a defective product. When submitting a complaint, the Customer is asked to send the Product together with the sales document (bill, invoice).

Before making a complaint, please send us completed form to e-mail address: customer@karolinaholda.eu, and attaching the original to the shipment. In the absence of a receipt, you must provide an account statement confirming the purchase of the product.
